Charges
WayManS is charged as a single payment of £3,000 for the license with a further small charge of £150 per concurrent user which does not include VAT.
The Basic product includes
- the WayManS system
- any four customised tabular reports
- a maximum number of concurrent users defined by the licence agreement
Further charges are applicable for
- Essential installation expenses (transport, accommodation and sustenance)
- A daily charge for training or further consultation which is in line with Renard standard charges and to include essential expenses
- Support calls requiring a site visit in line with Renard standard charges and to include essential expenses
- Increase in the number of concurrent users
- Development of further screens or reports
- Further enhancements or customisation-
