WayManS  Costs Welcome to WayManS the Wayleave Management Solution   Product Information Whilst there may be no firm statutory regulations, every national government  and local authority has requirements that permission be obtained  from the owners of any properties where access for works  or rights of way is being sought. WayManS will organise the information for Wayleave management.

Meeting Legal Requirements

for all the Wayleaves - also known as Easements or Rights of Way-
both for themselves and for all contractors 
working on their behalf.

WayManS comes with a suite of reports, drop boxes allow a range of criteria to be selected.

The tabular reports produced are easy to share, by printing or saving as .bmp or .xls format.

Customised reports are available for all client requirements

As many reports as are needed can be developed either prior to or after installation, but only four are offered as part of the initial purchase. As many customised client reports as are required can be developed which are charged separately at standard Renard Ltd development charges. A full table of charges is available from our website and individual estimates can usually be supplied within a day or two.

6) Audit Trail

 Accountability & Audit

There can be little more frustrating than trying to find out who changed what, when and why. Users of other Renard programmes, particularly those which involve progress tracking and/or accountability, have been pleased to have a full audit function which not only records the last update and by whom, but also keeps a full record of all changes ever made including the complete details of each change.

WayManS has been designed to meet the needs of projects which cannot advance until the Wayleave is complete. A full audit function of all changes enables project managers to see all the stages of the Easements for a full comprehension of delays or advances to ongoing projects.

7) Security

 Access to WayManS

Your information is always safe as all Renard software is controlled such that only authorised users can access the system through their logon name and password.
The system manager has total control over who may use WayManS through the Security Screen to add new users and to grant or restrict their access.

WayManS Maintain Passwords

Each module is controlled by tabs and within each module access is further granted or restricted to the individual screens/reports etc by simply clicking (or not) the tick boxes.
All users given access to a module and to the screens within it have full access the both read and write. Users without need to write to the database only need to have access to the reporting style modules.

Maximum Number of Users

There is no maximum number of users who can be given access to WayManS. 
Each user must have their own logon name and password.

WayManS User Logons

The Licence Agreement is bought for a given number of concurrent users, that is the number of people who can be logged on at the same time. A user log is provided for the system manager to see who is currently logged on and, if required, to automatically log them off.

The concurrent user Licence can be easily increased upon request
