Overview The system comprises 3 parts Tours, Diary and Manage.
This diagram shows where a user can input data into the system and the subsequent flow of that data to the different parts where the data is available to be used, helping to decrease entry time and avoiding mistakes.
Below is a diagrammatic view of the system and its parts:
Tours - This sections contains all the details for the tours and passengers. From here you can find existing
tours, create new tours using data from the Manage section and add freeform data to a tour, enter clients onto
tours and then print out all their details including labels for luggage tags.

Diary - This shows all the tours and the operational details in a diary form.
View the schedule in day, week or month view, jump to a specific date.
Manage - This last part is the storehouse for the system. Here you can record details for hotels, insurance, excursions
and agents. It’s also where you can create and edit confirmation letter templates, create labels to send
brochures and where you can view and edit client details. Everything that is recorded in this section can be used
again and again in new tours.
As is usual with our systems a great degree of flexibility has been planned allowing such things as freeform
entry for pricing, unlimited records, drop and drag pricing as well as selecting prices from lists and a myriad
of other user friendly operations.
