Successful Program/Project Management is dependent on a number of diverse  but related functionalities that can be grouped  under three broad headings. All the traditional Gantt chart facilities are available with some highly relevant additional facilities. ‘What If’ scenarios can be played out on screen safely without affecting the project, changing Task Timescales will also automatically reflect the changes to associated task relationships, resource allocations and costs, providing a true picture of effect of proposed changes to projects. ProManTraS has an integrated Risk Management module that allows the user to define Probability and Impact of identified risks, contingency actions and ‘Drop Dead’ dates for action can be listed and these dates are set to warn the Project Manager when implementation due. Program management of multiple related projects – Dependencies and Associations are easy to link providing the user with complete access to full management information on ALL related projects. Feasibility studies using generic Work Types, Costs and Timescales easily produced. If resources have been double allocated to projects ProManTras will highlight this to user. Cost ALL costs associated with a Project or series of related projects are fully visible via ProManTraS, both Capital and Current account, a wide range of system reports available, user defined reports of any complexity easily produced.   Greater visibility allows greater control. Internal man-hour costs can be recorded on system also and these are fully visible. Authorised Budget/Spend to Date and Variance reports instantly available form Program Level down to ‘Widget’ level dependant on user requirements. Quality Simple user defined quality check system includes integrated Corrective Action Database for tracking serious non-conformities that could not be rectified on site. Common failures instantly identified for user to undertake further analysis to identify cause and remedy root cause failure. Full suite of management reports available to permit instant KPI reporting on Quality management at any level down to individuals. Cost of Failure reports available, for recovery against third parties. Additional Facilities ProManTraS allows instant access via link to any documents associated with the project, permits the user a simplified method for controlling issue status documentation such as specifications, contracts, drawings, minutes of meetings, materials reports etc. Contains an integrated As-Built recording database. Personnel Module – Records human resources associated with Project including skills identification, also records and allocation of A/Leave, sick leave etc. Advanced Security/access Management – Simple but highly effective, confidential information available to individuals with user rights. Interaction – ProManTras allows the user to save any screen as a bmp for Management reports and can be saved as Excel data for migration elsewhere.
