Private Hire
Screen
Private hire screen allows the creation of individual bookings for clients. From this screen confirmation letters, sales and payments can be added along with the ability to locate bookings quickly and easily.

Each booking can have pick ups and set downs assigned to it. Each vehicle direction (out and return) can have seperate pick ups and set downs associated with it.

Contract Hire Screen
The Contract Hire Screen allows the creation of regular bookings, such as school runs etc., for clients. From this screen sales and payments can also be added along with the ability to locate contracts quickly and easily.

The difference between this screen and the others is that only times are entered on the main screen and the system automatically creates the contract based on the dates supplied by you in the create contract dates window.

Create Contract Screen The Create Contract Screen requires the start and end date for the contract, the frequency of pickups and any exception dates to be added.

Tours Screen
The Tours Screen allows the creation of tours and the allocation of seating to clients. From this screen payments, confirmation letters and prices can be assigned to clients easily and quickly.

The key difference between the Tours Screen and the others is that clients are entered on a seat basis and not by a booking.

Tours Seating Plan
CoachManS+ uses custom seating plans. Allocate a seating plan to the tour and allocate clients to the seats. The seat colour changes with it’s status i.e. booked, reserved or paid etc.
