Find Vehicle Screen
Select A vehicle from the list or type all or part of the registration into the find box.
The Icon for each vehicle can be changed here.

Defect Log
Defects can be entered from the defect log screen and also from the vehicle diary screen.
|
|
|
|
Details Screen
The Details Screen stores all the individual information about each vehicle and lets you know when the next Service, Inspection, MOT, Tachograph and Tax are due. As well as add New Vehicles and set up vehicle type.

Drivers Screen
The Drivers Screen is A complete record of all the drivers for A vehicle. It holds the start and finish times, date and distance for each driver allowing a complete and accurate record to be kept.
The screen is useful for quickly identifying who was drivingin the case of any disputes such as damage to vehicles or speeding tickets.

Fuel Log
The Fuel Log Screen is A complete record of all the fuel used by A vehicle. It shows the cost of fuel and fuel consumption for each vehicle. Useful in identifying when A vehicle might have an excess fuel use problem.

Inspections Screen
The inspection Screen provides A complete record of all Inspections for every vehicle.
CoachManS V3 uses the date in this section to calculate when the next inspection is due. Inspections can also be booked ahead of time to help plan best use of workshop time.

Interior Screen
Quickly create, copy and edit the interior layout of all of your vehicles.
Vehicles seats, tables, amenities and most other items associated with A vehicle. Fully flexible and very easy to use.
The screen allows various permutations including rear and side facing seats, driver and courier seats, toilets, refreshment areas televisions and even sofas and beds.
This screen is particularly important if you are using our booking system (CoachManS +) as this section allows the layout for the tours section of the system.

Key Numbers
The Key Number Screen is A complete record of all of a vehicle’s keys. It stores the key number, the item A key operates and allows any comments to be added.
Should any keys become lost then replacements can be quickly ordered using these details.

Miscellaneous Screen
The Miscellaneous screen allows A complete record of all items and expenditure that don’t fit any other category to be kept.

MOT Screen
The MOT screen allows the recording of all MOT’s for A vehicle. Details that are placed into this screen will also appear on the Details Screen and in the Vehicle Diary.

On/Off Road Screen
The On/Off Road screen allows the recording of any period when a vehicle is off the road and occasion when it is brought back on road. Details entered here also supplied to the Details Screen and the Vehicle Diary Screen.

Recurring Payments
The Recurring Payments Screen allows the automatic recording of any cost which applies to A vehicle regularly. When the due date is near a reminder of the payment is displayed when you log onto CoachManS V3

Seatbelts
The Seatbelts Screen provides a complete record of each vehicles Seatbelts maintenance. Date, work and comments for the vehicles seatbelts.

Servicing / Maintenance
The servicing screen records A vehicles Services history.
This section also records parts used and labour used which can be used to create invoices for payment and stock control.

Speed Limiter Screen
The speed limiter screen is A complete record of the vehicles speed limiter maintenance.

|
|
Tachograph Screens
This section opens two screens.
One records the details of both 2 and 6 year Tachograph Certification. This date feeds through to the vehicle details screen.
The second screen records any changes to the tachograph, i.e. repairs or replacement.

Vehicle Tax
This section holds a complete record of the Vehicle Tax for each vehicle. Data entered hear is also displayed in the Vehicle Details Screen.

Diaries
|
|
Vehicle Diary
Clear graphical view of all events both past and future for each vehicle in your fleet and allows for data entry directly in the diary screen for events such as inspections etc.
The diary Screen shows the following events which have been entered on the appropriate screen of the vehicles section of CoachManS V3:-
Defects, Inspections, Service, Vehicle On/Off Road, 2 & 6 year Tachograph, MOT and Vehicle tax Due

Personnel Diary
The Personnel diary screen shows the work that has been booked and any absences for each individual employee in A diary format. Absences can be edited directly from the diary screen.
View the Diary in Year, Month or week views.

Document Section

Documents Screen
The Document section of CoachManS V3 allows rapid location of files that are linked with A vehicle no mater where they are located on the network.
Quick retrieval and the latest version will be available too.
The document manager stores the path to the document rather than the document file itself. Picture files, word and excel files and visio files can all be stored and quickly retrived.

This screen allows you to record the details, including absences and holidays, of all the personnel in your company. Once you have entered the names and any other details you wish to store then they will be available to any of the other screens which use them to plan and allocate them to work. Including CoachManS + (Coach Booking System)

Simply add and edit users
Allow users to create their own passwords and allow the system administrator to set the access right to different parts of the program. Some users get editing and viewing rights, some just viewing rights and some no access to some areas of the program
